BiotBlues is a modern apartment in Biot at the French Cote d'Azur.

The Apartment has 2 bedrooms with each a double bed for 2 persons. An extra baby cod can be put up on request. The apartment has a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, there is a separate toilet in the hall of the apartment.

The living room has an open fully equipped kitchen, 6 pers dining table and sofa seating area with a large flat-screen TV.

Large retractable sliding windows overlook the garden, pool and forest. The large terrace next to the pool has an outdoor dining table, sunbeds and a hot shower for the pool. The terrace and pool are fully yours during your stay and full privacy is guaranteed.

The apartment resides in a secured residence, while the owners live in the main house on the same property, the apartment is a separate building with it's own entrance door. The terrace and pool are fully yours during your stay and privacy is guaranteed.

The apartment is located in a quiet area a little outside of Biot town overlooking the forest and hills of natural park Le Brague. It is a 5 minutes drive or 30 mins walk to the town center of Biot and 10 minutes drive to the nearest beaches. There is a bus stop less than 1 km from the house with scheduled service towards the villages of Biot, it's train station and in the other direction towards the town of Valbonne.
