Come and relax in this beautiful apartment with private pool and garden, located in the picturesque village of Biot. This three-room, 90 m² apartment sleeps 4 people (+baby cot at request). You'll enjoy the peace, nature and sunshine, while being close to the centre of the village and the beaches of the Côte d'Azur. The apartment has all the comforts you need: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and private parking (2 spaces). It is located in a secure residence.
Although the owners live at the same property, the apartment and pool are fully private.

My family (two kids and husband) and I stayed at Wouter's property recently and had the most amazing time! The property is extremely well maintained and I can honestly say, it was one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed at. The pool was a big hit with the kids and we spent countless hours around the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the required amenities. There is also a dedicated parking space, which is very helpful. Even though you are staying at the same property as the owners, we never felt their presence and it was very private. The house is located within driving distance to Antibes, Cannes and Nice - it made our trip to the French Riviera all the more special. We left with very fond memories and would be more than delighted to stay at this place again if we revisit in the near future. Thank you for having us!
